Educational management plays an important role in the daily management in Colleges and universities, with the continuous reform of higher education system and the growing size of colleges, the educational administration management is becoming more and more complex, the traditional manual management mode has been difficult to do such heavy work. The educational administration management information system to be imperative to develop efficient and easy to use. At the same time, with the development and popularization of the campus network, provide a good environment for the establishment of educational management information system.This paper takes Huaian food and drug administration management system of Career Technical College as the research background, based on the analysis of profits from the domestic and foreign educational management information system, the development of Jiangsu food and drug targets and college Career Technical College teaching strategy is analyzed and studied, the function of the system demand analysis. At the same time, the functional requirements of the educational management system in school management subsystem, management subsystem, the classroom teaching plans management subsystem, teacher information management course scheduling subsystem, management subsystem, the score management system, course management subsystem, student course selection subsystem, the examination management subsystem, evaluation subsystem, laboratory teaching management subsystem, skill training and identification subsystem is studied. Using the unified modeling language(UML) modeling analysis, analysis of the system use case, use case diagram show the form of the composition and function of the various system.This paper is based on the Jiangsu food and drug Career Technical College teaching management system, combined with teaching management experience and learn the knowledge of software engineering, further on the basis of demand analysis design application function of each subsystem. In the database design, taking the elective system as an example, discussed in detail the process of establishing information table in the database. This paper designed a suit of educational management of our school, the educational administration management system with my school teaching characteristic, has the vital significance and the reference value to improve the efficiency and the level of educational administration management in our hospital.
