Development Of Intelligent Grain Storage System

The intelligent grain storage system is a food monitoring and storage system that monitors different types of grain data in the grain storage process,combines artificial intelligence theory to complete the analysis of grain data and provides various data display methods to users.The main contents include:Research on multi-parameter grain analysis model based on BP neural network;theoretical research and practical development of grain collection methods;theoretical research and practical development of grain data visualization and research on processing methods of grain conditions.1.Multi-parameter grain analysis model based on BP neural networkCombining the existing data neural network in the application of grain data,it is proposed to increase the model input,increase the environmental data and water data as two types of indicators,and propose a multi-parameter grain analysis model based on BP neural network.Compared to previous models,it improves accuracy and generalization of new data.2.Multiple data collection methodsCombined with the grain data access method of the existing system and the grain storage situation in China,this paper developed a new set of data collection methods,and also has the grain collection function module for monitoring and actively pushing data.In conjunction with the actual underlying system test development,the third-party hardware system can be easily accessed in the implementation design.3.Multi-dimensional grain data displayCombine the user's sensitivity to the grain data and investigate the existing graphical display of the grain data.This article provides four demonstrations of food data,designing data pages for different user concerns.4.Theoretical research and practical application of grain storage technologyThe existing grain storage equipment in China and the control system for grain storage equipment on the market are studied.Combined with the relevant theory of grain storage technology,an intelligent process control module was designed to provide treatment for abnormal grain conditions.
