To promote the state grain reserve system toward the scientific nature, the modernand intelligent development, improve the grain situation monitoring automation, highefficiency, high reliability, to minimize the loss in the process of food storage, grainsituation at home and abroad has been monitoring is the research of the food securityproblem. The development of wireless sensor network, especially Zigbee wirelesscommunication technology standardization and increasingly mature, for theestablishment of a modern grain situation monitoring and monitoring system providesnew solutions. Based on this thing networking environment is put forward in this thesisthe granary of the environmental monitoring system design and implementation, Zigbeetechnology will be low cost and AD hoc network, flexibility and intelligence of appliedto food safety monitoring advantage. This thesis main job is as follows:First of all, this thesis Outlines the topic to choose a background and the domesticand foreign research present situation, has analyzed Zigbee wireless sensor networktechnology in grain situation monitoring of potential advantage. According to the actualneed of the barn in environmental monitoring, and complete the granary environmentintelligent monitoring system overall design and verification. Establish the systemsoftware and hardware structure, a clear system of each component of the function anddesign requirements.Secondly, based on the design of the system required intelligent sensor nodewireless monitoring of the hardware and software design, realization granarytemperature and humidity information, CO2concentration of wireless data collectionand send information; Complete data gathering node of the hardware and softwaredesign, implement a machine data receiving and PC data uploaded. On the basis ofwhich, high reliability, flexible Zigbee data acquisition network, realize the granaryenvironmental parameters in network monitor.Finally, in the PC monitoring system, the visual programming tool developed a setof perfect function granary environment intelligent monitoring software, design the backend database system, realize the simplicity of operation management barnenvironment, visualizations. Data gathering node and the upper machine through serialcommunication management center, real-time display monitoring data, automatic savehistorical data, data of the curve of the display function, help administrator canunderstand the dynamic changes of the barn environment, guarantee the safety of thefood storage.Experiment test shows that the system can realize real-time monitoring of the barnenv ironmental parameters and information of intelligent management, and system withlow cost, high reliability and easy to expand, the advantage of strong practicality, have acertain novelty and actual application promotion value.
