Since ancient times,the grain storage is a need to the subject of much attention,China is a large agricultural country with population of 1.3 billion,if there is no food warehouse monitoring and advanced management system,it will result in huge losses.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and current significance to study the design of the electronic system of unattended grain storage.The technology of sensor,SCM,fuzzy control and wireless transmission are applied to the research of grain storage electronic system by analyzing the specific requirements of temperature,humidity and gas concentration in the granary.System design using hierarchical,modular guiding ideology,integration of information collection,information transmission,information processing and other key information technology.Builds the grain storage electronic system which takes STC89C52 as the core based on the fuzzy control theory.The system utilizes the sensor technology to collect temperature,humidity,and gas composition in the granule,compare the result with the set value,automatically produce the alarm signal when it is out of range,and use alarm signal based on GSM Wireless communication module TC35,in the form of SMS delivery to the warehouse administrator,while the implementation of the corresponding action module to form a small Internet of things system.This paper mainly done the following aspects of work:1.through the analysis of the main factors of the requirements of the barn,the overall design of the system is designed;2.through the study,the fuzzy control theory is applied to the system,the design of the temperature,humidity fuzzy controller;3.How to use the sensor technology to collect the main factors in the barn is described in detail;4.introduced the work principle of each module circuit and hardware circuit of lap;5.through the serial port debugging software to realize the TC35 module SMS alarm function,realize the related functions.
