The mini digital signal processing system,used in micro-SAR system,is generally dedicated design,the fee is high and the time is long used in development In accordance to the requirement for the airborne radar system,this article design a general mini digital signal processing system,data reception,data distribution,real-time data processing,data storage functions are integrated in one board,The area of the board is 180mm×120mm,The system has the characteristics of small size,light weight,low power consumption,high performance,the main completed work in the article is in the following:1.To meet miniaturization and high performance requirement,we design a common structure of dual DSP + FPGA.Firstly,we analysis the requirements of the system performance,modular design of the system's function,divided into four modules: control module,real-time processing module,data buffer module and data storage module;Then,we design the structure of the digital signal processing board,and analysis the performance of the board,select the chip for FPGA module,DSP module,real-time buffer module and real time storage module,select DDR3 as the board cache chip,select CF card as storage module chip.Finally,we design a kind of interface interconnection between boards based on SRIO,has the characteristics of high transmission rate,compact connection and high reliability,is conducive to the realization of the board extend functions.2.Design and development of signal processing board.Realization the double TMS320C6678 and Virtex-6 FPGA peripheral circuits design,realization the high speed interconnect circuit based on HyperLink interface between double DSPs,realization the high speed interconnect circuit based on SRIO interface.Propose AD9516-3+CDCLVP1204 as clock solution,and multi type power supply scheme.3.Complete the design,manufacture and debugging of PCB and verify the performance of the key module on board.PCB layout uses the modular approach,solve the layout problem of multi device in finite size;using multilayer design to solve the problem of multiple high-speed signal routing.After complete the PCB design,performance verification of the key module,especiflly for USB interface,CF card storage interface,SRIO interface.This article has realized integrated design of control function,high speed signal processing function and high speed signal storage function on one board,the test result show that the system can meet the performance requirement.
