| Solid-state memory recorder usually used to store remote sensing data insatellite nowdays, which is mainly composed of NAND FLASH chip and NANDFLASH controller. This system development is mature, but the scale is large in sizeand the specific implementation is complex. With the progress of Aerospace Scienceand technology, the development of small satellites tend to integration andminiaturization, and satellite imaging electronic system demand multi-functional, asmall size and storage scheme for convenient management. Used in the matureapplication system of intelligent mobile phone, camera in the microSD memory card,to the comprehensive advantages of small size, high rate, large capacity, has greatpotential applications in satellite. This paper devotes to research a goodcomprehensive performance of board level high speed memory system based onsmall size memory card, as a solution of micro satellite and satellite imaging systemoptional data storage scheme.First, analysed the development of large capacity and high-speed data storagesystem and on-board application example, studied the characteristics and application, advantages of the memory card. Propose and design the principle prototype storagesystem, which is equipped with6pieces of microSD cards and1pieces of CF cardas the main storage unit, and2pieces of DDR SDRAM as a data buffer unit. UsingFPGA as the main controller, using HDL programming technology, designed the SD controller and ATA controller. Using the MIG interface to control DDR SDRAMping-pong buffer to ensure continued access to data, with the buffer capacity of256Mb capacity, the rate of400MB/s. The storage system according to the CameraLink logical link protocol, outward provides image data acquisition and transmissioninterface, through the communication interface to access control and parameters ofthe system. In debugging experiment, storage system realized high speed writing andplayback operation to the original array image, with1.6Gbps read and write speed,and370GB storage capacity. At last, summary was made to the research content andachievements. |
