The idealized Six Sigma theory,as the integration between Six Sigma theory and TRIZ theory,is targeted at the existing shortcomings of Six Sigma theory and makes up with the TRIZ theory to create the idealized Six Sigma theory.The DMAIC model mentioned in this paper is based on the company's specific circumstances,Six Sigma can be in the company's three levels of operation,the three levels is the research and design,manufacturing and business.Corresponding to the Six Sigma model are Six Sigma Design(DFSS),Six Sigma Manufacturing(DMAIC)and Six Sigma Transaction(TSS).The DMAIC model as a breakthrough strategy can be used to improve variability,cycle time and yield issues.The I-DMAIC model mentioned in this paper is an idealized Six Sigma DMAIC model,and the T-DMAIC model is a Six Sigma DMAIC model.and so,the I-DMAIC in this paper remains its five module structures including define(D),measure(M),analyze(A),improve(I),and control(C).It helps people to have a quick understand on the ideological content of I-DMAIC,while does not change the large continuous improvement in the T-DMAIC and the spirit of pursuing the perfect in the Six Sigma theory.The Visual Basic 6.0 is applied to this paper by implementing software on the theory.The improvement has been mainly made on five modules of idealized Six Sigma theory including definition(D),measurement(M),analysis(A),improvement(I)and control(C).Different innovative tools are added to each module.Each tool has its own different significance for the same ultimate goal for improving the manufacturing technique and product innovation.The Visual Basic 6.0 software is used for programming,as well as different programming controls,such as: Timer control,Text Box control,CommonDialog control,Lable control,Image control,HScrollBar control,VScrollBar control,CommanButton control,Tree View control,ToolBar control,Active X control etc.Through different combinations,those controls are connected by code,which make them cooperate with each other and the theory programming more coordinated.Based on the analysis and design of software demand analysis and software framework design,based on the I-DMAIC model,we use Visual Basic 6.0 programming tools to write more than 13,000 lines of code and more than 27,000 characters to complete the foundation of idealized Six Sigma theory software Framework to build,the basic realization of the software application functions.There may be a lot of defects,but after all,toward the integration of a step forward.Idealized Six Sigma software will be the perfect blend of TRIZ theory and Six Sigma theory in the future.
