Research And Implementation Of Six Sigma Project Management System Model

Information technology can help Six Sigma projects to improve the accuracy of information collection, to facilitate the statistical analysis of data, to standardize the implementation process of Six Sigma projects, to reduce the heavy work of Six Sigma project management. This makes compete at home and abroad to improve the information level of Six Sigma project management. At present, there are so many good project management software in domestic, but only a few of these can manage and analysis the entire six sigma process of project proposal, training, project selection, project implementation and project evaluation. The reason for this is that the diversity and uncertainty of the implementation process lead to difficulties in information and poor practicability.To solve this problem, the author of this paper propose a method to establish Six Sigma project management system model, combining with the project development of "Six Sigma Project Management System software", which is the research project of China-US JingYi Six Sigma management joint research laboratory, SBTI-China and North China University of Technology cooperation. The model application in Six Sigma project management system software verify the feasibility and practicality of the model. In summary, this paper has done research in the following:Firstly, In-depth study of the Six Sigma project management theory, the Six Sigma project management methodology and implementation process, the tools used in the process.Secondly, propose and detailed Introduction the Six Sigma project management system model. The model combines various stages of Six Sigma project, analysis tool, intelligence generated analysis report with user. The model forms a complete system and provides a set of ideas for the information of six sigma project management.Then, established Six Sigma Project Management System through the appropriate develop mode and tools, and introduced it from aspects of requirements analysis, system design, system development, running instance.
