With the rapid development of the media industry,traditional television stations,column groups,etc.from the traditional sense of the nature of the cause of the development of both commercial nature of the organizational unit.However,due to its inherent form of institutions led to most employees cannot have high-intensity work ability,high efficiency level,so the departmental television station in recent years gradually reform to enhance their competitiveness in the industry.M television in recent years to try to through human resources in the organizational structure and personnel in the internal reorganization,trying to reorganize the way to enhance the level of teamwork,team comprehensive competitiveness.First of all,this article describes in detail the basic situation of M TV after the reorganization;Secondly,the M television station two well-known section of the basic situation of the introduction,while about the two columns reorganization process.The third part mainly introduces the case of the "New North" column after the reorganization of M TV station.After the reorganization,the new group After the growth,the paper analyzes and evaluates the internal management mechanism of the new section based on the theoretical basis,and puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the core competitiveness of the new column and the team after the M TV reorganization,So that the research results can be of other relevant media units have important theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper,the two cases of M television station reorganization as a research object,through the combination of theory and practice,analysis of its reorganization after facing some of the problems,and the use of appropriate human resources theory to solve and improve.The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the other units in the same industry by analyzing the case analysis of M TV,and to help other units' strategic reorganization of human resources.In this paper,the case of the reorganization of the two-stage M television station performance specific,hope that through the system,a reasonable analysis and solve M TV in the reorganization and reorganization of the problems faced by other media companies,television stations,facing the same dilemma to provide the corresponding Theoretical help.
