In recent years,with the relay manufacturing enterprise automation,improve the level of intelligence,the measurement instrument data manual recording mode is no longer suitable for the existing situation,the urgent need to address the production process of data filling the lack of equipment quality parameters lag And chaos,production decision-making is not timely and other issues.For the relay enterprises to establish production process quality control system has gradually become the focus of the relay industry research direction.In this paper,the advantages of programmable communication controller,for example,has a common communication interface,support a variety of custom protocols and support function block programming,for an electromagnetic relay manufacturing enterprises based on programmable communication controller production process quality control System,and analyzes the communication model of the system.The communication function of the programmable communication controller is studied.Firstly,the hardware structure of the programmable controller is studied.Secondly,the partition definition of the communication variable area and the addressing address of the register are described.Programming communication controller in the serial communication and Ethernet communication processing,and in the communication process of Modbus,Profibus and EPA and other protocols processing;Finally,the programmable communication controller to clarify the function of the communication function block.The programmable controller is used as the main controller of the process quality monitoring system of the electromagnetic relay production line of a research institute.By analyzing the communication protocol and communication interface of the production equipment,the topology of the acquisition system is constructed for the characteristics of each type of equipment.Then,the function block program of programmable communication controller is developed to complete the task of collecting parameters such as vacuum degree,temperature,contact resistance,leakage rate and insulation resistance.The system based on Dview is designed to realize real-time monitoring of field devices.By calling Dview's Web services,a data transmission scheme was established to provide strong support for the Institute's production process quality management system.It is proved that the programmable communication controller in this paper has a good function in the practical engineering application.The lower computer acquisition system and the host computer monitoring system are stable and well verified.The programmable communication controller of this project is in the quality control of the relay production process Advantages in the system.
