Abstract/Summary:
At the beginning of the 21st century,the Fourth Industrial Revolution began with the rise of intelligent manufacturing.Intelligent manufacturing connects industrial equipment and computers through the current rapid development of industrial Ethernet,using the computer as the “brain” to achieve data communication,acquisition and control.Especially for some specific environments,data collection,storage and management playback are particularly important.However,there is a gap in the research of data acquisition,storage and playback systems for programmable automation controllers on the PC side in China,and there is also a lack of applicable system framework.This thesis researches the functions of data acquisition,local storage,management,playback and remote synchronization for the upper computer of industrial Ethernet,proposes a framework of data acquisition and storage and playback system that can be applied to most programmable automation controllers with high frequency and large capacity data,and designs the implementation of data acquisition&storage in Windows environment and Linux environment,as well as completes the implementation of data management&playback system functions in B/S architecture.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the requirements of the data acquisition and playback system,divides the system into data acquisition&storage subsystem and B/S management& playback subsystem according to the functions,and distinguishes the respective functions,completing the overall scheme design of the system.The data acquisition &storage subsystem is divided into three major functional modules,and then the specific functional implementation of the data acquisition & storage subsystem is completed by using C language combined with Ping/Pong Buffer management technology and SQLite database.The Modbus TCP/IP server is written according to the Open Modbus file,and the Modbus Poll tool is used to complete the functional testing in this thesis.Additionally,this thesis analyzes and designs the display layer,business logic layer and data layer of the management&playback subsystem under the B/S architecture.In this thesis,the structure of the display layer is built by HTML technology,the appearance design is completed by CSS,the drawing display is realized by SVG,and the business logic layer is developed and designed on the basis of Tornado framework.In the last section,this thesis performs the application verification of the data acquisition&storage subsystem under HPAC platform and S7-1500 S platform,as well as the functional testing of the management playback subsystem.
