With the continuous development of modern industry,more and more data needs to be collected in the manufacturing process,and the traditional serial port data collection method has gradually failed to meet the needs of industrial production.In order to solve the poor real-time performance of PLC data acquisition,low system expansion,and the monitoring range is easily limited by time and place,it is urgent to develop a PLC remote wireless communication system to realize remote collection and maintenance of PLC data.This paper mainly studies the system networking scheme,communication mode between modules,the development of data acquisition and analysis software of the host compute.According to the characteristics of PLC data acquisition and the requirements of wireless transmission,the overall structure of PLC remote wireless communication system is designed.In the design process of the data acquisition module,the design of the remote data acquisition scheme is completed by making full use of the opening communication protocol and combining the PLC serial communication mode and the working principle of the wireless data transmission module.According to the difference between the program maintenance methods of Omron PLC,the communication between the PLC programming software and the client is successfully realized through the virtual serial port.In the process of data transmission and reception between the programming software and the client.According to the black box theory,the data is directly forwarded to the PLC without any processing,and the remote maintenance scheme design of the PLC program is completed.On the basis of the ModBus and Host Link protocols,the data is encapsulated by adding a packet header to ensure that the data can be accurately transmitted to the target address.In the process of designing the server software,in order to prevent data confusion,two sockets are used to process the data uploaded by the client and the wireless data transmission module respectively.Based on multi-thread programming technology,the development of data transceiver module between server and clients is completed,which ensures that the host computer software has certain concurrent event processing capability.Finally,a friendly human-computer interaction interface is designed for the client through WinForm form design software.In this paper,the PLC remote wireless communication system based on TCP/IP protocol is studies.The PLC and the sensor are used as the device terminal.The datacollection and forwarding are completed through the wireless data transmission module and the host computer software,and finally the PLC data remote collection and maintenance is realized.Experiment shows that under the premise of network stability,the whole system runs stably and reliably,and meets the expected design requirements.The research results of this paper have certain significance to improve the work of workers,improve the utilization rate of equipment,and reduce the operation and maintenance cost of equipment.
