Therefore, the subject based on the current Mitsubishi Q series andSiemens controllers and communication protocol analysis comparison study isdesigned based on various types of PLC universal communication technologyplatform, the subject of the study is not only to achieve a programmable logiccontroller Cross platform design, and the design of the software to further improve thecommunication efficiency is also of great significance.This topic is the study of Mitsubishi Q series PLC and Siemens S7200series,which Mitsubishi Q series to focus on communication protocols MELESC object ofanalysis, while Siemens PPI protocol template S7200series to focus on analysis ofthe object through which two protocols analysis and design, and with the serialcommunication, OPC communication, ACTIVEX plugin communicationcomparative study of different means of communication, in order to investigate andanalyze the different communication modes for occasions and its characteristics, theresearch projects aim is to develop a programmable logic controller makescommunication universal, unified interface, without having to rely on some actualhardware features cross-platform communication software.In this paper, the design of a PLC based on different cross-platformcommunications software as the basis, research and analysis of Omron, SiemensS7200and Mitsubishi Q series PLC communication technology and relatedcommunication protocol analysis, the cross-platform communications softwareincluding communications parameters set fixed, established communicationconnection, programmable controller data read and write, disconnect the four main modules of software functional partitioning, which means of communication used inthe software itself can be selected by the user, including serial communication mode,Ethernet communication mode, the first tripartite plug-in communication mode, theplatform and the different brands of programmable controllers connected to a unifiedcommunications interface, thus ensuring communication plug-in plug and play.Holds many lessons for programmable logic controllers combine fulldevelopment status, first introduced the PLC communication technology researchsignificance, and secondly, holds many lessons for different brands of controllers forcommunication barrier exists, analyzing and trying to design a commoncommunications technology platform, first step is to clear system structure, thesecond step is the systematic analysis, the third step is the system implementation;Finally, this article describes the software in the actual application of industrialcontrol systems.
