Research On Terminals Based On Cloud Manufacturing In Management System Of Semiconductor Manufacturing

With the rapid development of Internet of Things,there's a tendency to integrate the cloud,big data and mobile,mobile Internet and intelligent terminal technology are more and more widely applied in our daily life.Taking research on cloud manufacturing and mobile terminal as the background,this paper devotes to the theoretical research and application verification on the application of cloud manufacturing in the semiconductor and the system of front-end is implemented in the mobile terminal.This paper mainly studies the terminal design of management system of semiconductor manufacturing.Firstly,this paper points out the importance and urgency of researching the research on mobile terminals made in cloud manufacturing in system of semiconductor manufacturing,on the basis of researching the core idea of the cloud manufacturing and analyzing its situation at home and abroad.At the same time,this paper introduces the application of cloud manufacturing in the semiconductor,the relations between mobile terminals and cloud manufacturing.Secondly,by analyzing the function and demand for the management system of semiconductor manufacturing,selecting production management and purchase management as the research object further analysis details,this paper chooses jQuery as a technology of data exchange,in order to solve the data transfer of cloud database and mobile terminal,this paper selects the WCF technology establish a framework for cloud manufacturing platforms,and creates a unified interface achieve the response for client and server communication.Finally,jQuery technology is applied to complete the PC-side interface design,while using jQuery Mobile technology to complete intelligent mobile terminals interface design in the management system of semiconductor enterprise.Based on the original system,the management system of semiconductor enterprise has been improved and innovated.So that,the cloud,big data and mobile terminals can be combined together,besides,local database is replaced by cloud database.Finally,the system is achieved in the mobile terminal.Through the study of this paper,technical problems related to semiconductor manufacturing industry are researched,hence,a theoretical basis is supplied to assist semiconductor enterprises achieving data information quickly and efficiently.Therefore,it will make assistance on laying the foundation of further development on semiconductor industry.
