In order to adapt to the increasing competition in the manufacturing industry market, manufacturing industry is gradually fusing with information technology, the cloud manufacturing is coming quietly.It is a new manufacturing mode based on cloud computing. This paper mainly analyzes the development of informational manufacturing industry, and emphatically analyzes the advantages of the cloud manufacturing and the key technology.This paper presents visual technology for cloud manufacturing by researching on key technology.environment of the market, customers’demand.Visual technology enables that enterprise information and production capacity is not only shown by text, images, video, but also by immerse, interactive simulation model. At the same time, this article make research on visual key technology,3D modeling technology of physical resources for cloud manufacturing,processing and motion simulation technology for cloud manufacturing and visual software sharing application technology.The development of virtual technology provide the template for the exploitation of visual portal technology to convenient resource provider to realize enterprise visual design. In this article, the following several aspects are researched and studied:Firstly,this paper studies 3D modeling development method of cloud manufacturing resources based on VRML, and solves the parameterized modeling technology, material removal technology, NC code compiler technology,simulation interface technology and communication technology to complete the research of processing simulation technology based on cloud manufacturing.Secondly, the paper takes robot as example to solve hierarchical modeling of the motion model under the movement mechanism, simulation interface design technology in form of text. According to the principle of its inverse kinematics model, the article complete motion simulation technology of the manufacturing resources based on cloud manufacturing.Thirdly, the article make research on visualization software application for cloud manufacturing platform, analyzed the development methods of the sharing visualization software application technology, taking application on the time domain response of numerical control system, parameter optimization and numeric calculation of MATLAB for example, to implement the software visualization shared services for cloud platform by software network toolkit.
