Cloud manufacturing can provide new impetus for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry, which can collect the global manufacturing resources and capabilities, optimize the manufacturing services configuration and solve the imbalance problem between the manufacturing requirements and resources in manufacturing industry.How to match the manufacturing tasks and resources better in cloud manufacturing platform is the core technology to optimize resources. However, it becomes more and more difficult to match the manufacturing tasks and resources, for the reason that the multi-user and openness characteristics of cloud manufacturing platform, and the manufacturing task which suggested by companies is complicated and personalized. Thus,how to use the cloud manufacturing platform to achieve the optimal matching of manufacturing tasks and manufacturing cloud services is the research core of this paper.Firstly, the global research achievements about the cloud manufacturing, task decomposition and manufacture of cloud services were reviewed. And the current outstanding problems of the matching process between the manufacturing tasks and resources were analyzed. Then the research emphasis and content were confirmed.Secondly, the matching process between manufacturing tasks and cloud services on the cloud manufacturing platform was analyzed. And the necessity of the combination between the task decomposition link and the initial selection of cloud services was indicated,which was researched systematically as the key module. Then the manufacture task decomposition model was established based on the initial selection of cloud services.Thirdly, the optimization model of cloud service on cloud manufacturing platform was established, after considered the dynamics and timeliness of the QoS of cloud services,and the relationship of it. The model was solved by crossover mutation particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the optimal combination path of manufacturing cloud service was found.Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the task decomposition model and the optimization model of cloud service on the cloud manufacturing platform were verified.
