Remote Video Surveilance And State Information Extraction For Cloud Manufacturing

In recent years,the concept of resource sharing and sharing economy has been more and more popular,and it has achieved remarkable results in many industries.With the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,there are a lot of advanced manufacturing service models and ideas.Cloud manufacturing is a new mode of networked manufacturing,which can be used to realize the sharing of manufacturing resources.In the thorough research and the discussion of cloud manufacturing operations or the implementation of key technologies,a remote monitoring scheme is practical and effective system or lack of cloud manufacturing service process,one of which is the problem that must be solved in the process of implementation of the application of cloud manufacturing.There is a big difference between the service process monitoring and the traditional manufac-turing information monitoring in cloud manufacturing environment.The video image acquisition and intelligent video analysis data acquisition and analysis technology and its application in the cloud manufacturing service process;cloud service collaboration for the different scene design,analysis of various algorithms for live video image acquisition and structured information.The main contents are as follows:Chapter 1 Introduction.This paper introduces the background and significance of the re-search,and introduces the current development of cloud manufacturing service monitoring and related research.Chapter 2 Cloud manufacturing services and process monitoring.The concept,combined with the characteristics of cloud manufacturing service,a detailed analysis of the cloud manufac-turing service monitoring and traditional production monitoring,and different way of collecting information,the system architecture of cloud manufacturing service process monitoring.Chapter 3 The development of remote video monitoring system for cloud manufacturing ser-vice process.This paper analyzes the typical scenes of cloud manufacturing service,and intro-duces the development of the video monitoring system in detail.Chapter 4 Design and Research on the algorithm of analysis of cloud manufacturing scene video,study how to deal with the analysis and process automation of cloud manufacturing service from acquisition to the scene of the video information,let the computer automatically understand and round tour,reduce work intensity to directly monitor the human eye.Chapter 5 System development and testing.The development of the video monitoring system of the cloud manufacturing service process is completed,and the main functional modules are tested to verify the feasibility of the system.Chapter 6 Summary and prospect.In the research process and results are summarized,and the research significance in the field of cloud manufacturing service monitoring of scientific eval-uation,finally forecast the application prospect and development of cloud manufacturing service process monitoring system.
