The Online Monitoring System Of Water Quality In City Water Supply Network

The people and the water supply company have paid more attention to the water quality of civil drinking water network. We usually monitor the water quality of the water supply network manually. So, it often takes a lot of time and labor. The online water quality monitor system can do these works in 24 hours per day. It has a great improving to the city's drinking water supplying。The paper take an investigation of the international and domestic online water quality monitor technical and do some research exampled as the five water quality online monitor stations in Beijing. This paper did the following research.First, paper introduce the total design of the online water quality monitor system。We select the five items such as total remaining chlorine, turbidity,pH,temperature conductivity as the online monitor water quality items. Then the corresponding instruments were determined. The field network based RS485 field bus was established later. It collected water quality information and send them to the server of the Water Quality Center.Secondly, the different data transmission was used in terms of the location and quantity of online monitoring points, it mainly had three manners: GPRS wireless transmission,CPIP network and the Wireless transmission & optical cable communication. The paper introduce the GPRS wireless transmission technical and its technical feature and application mainly.Thirdly, paper introduced the functions and using of the online water quality monitoring system management software. In view of the demand analysis , the software architecture and development was achieved. This paragraph also introduce the Web service technical and its technical feature and application. At last, the software function and software contact surface.The GPRS wireless transport and Web Service technical were used in this project, which are all proven technique. It reached the point to monitoring and transporting of the network water quality. It made the water quality centre can manage and control the waterworks more promptly based of these data.
