With the development of mobile and information technology,the rise of mobile devices,such as smart mobile phones and tablet PCs,makes library users use mobile library services more frequently.The university users increase the needs and standards of the mobile information service gradually,at the same time,because of users' increasing demand,they also increase the service quality standard.The optimization of College mobile library service quality to meet the users perceived needs has become a hot demand.Therefore,from the perspective of user perception,this research was based on the qualitative and quantitative principles,which was an exploratory research on the evaluation of mobile library service quality in Colleges and universities.First of all,this paper started with library service quality at home and abroad,and put forward the research content and research methods.Based on the literature analysis method,this paper elaborated related concepts and basic theory,which laied the foundation for the service quality evaluation model of University mobile library.Secondly,based on the LibQUAL+TM model,through literature research,group discussion,expert interviews and other forms,this paper constructed the initial scale of service quality evaluation of University mobile library,and adjusted to the initial scale by using the pre survey data,so as to form a formal questionnaire.Thirdly,this paper made an empirical test on the formal scale established.Through formal survey data,the results of correlation analysis and reliability and validity test show that the four dimensions of this paper were significantly correlated,the correlation degree was high,so the scale had good reliability and validity;the structural equation model was used to test the evaluation model,which show the evaluation model had a good fitting effect and was fit for mobile library service quality evaluation.Finally,this paper analysed the weight and index of measurement model dimensions,and analysed the importance and satisfaction through the application of importance-performance analysis.The result showed that users were satisfied with information resources and mobile devices and network level,and the level of librarians and services was more important.This paper put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the results of the analysis.
