With the continuous improvement of the society,networks and smart terminals have become widespread,social network is infiltrating the service work of library.For libraries,with the help of social network,expanding online services is the main pattern of library user service work.As one of the important work of library,user service has been devoted to the research of service quality evaluation for many years.But social network services are different from traditional library services,it is urgent for library to set up a new service quality evaluation system to adapt to that transformation of new environment and new service mode.This paper uses the method of literature research,network investigation,comparative analysis,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative combination analysis.Firstly,we conducted a comprehensive survey on the social network of university libraries in Liaoning province.Secondly,by designing the social network service quality evaluation scale of the library and Verifying the scientificity and rationality of scale.Thirdly,students of four universities in Liaoning province were selected to evaluate the library service quality of library Sina Weibo and WeChat public platform.Finally,it puts forward the promotion strategy of social network service quality in college libraries.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part elaborates the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,the research contents,methods,characteristics and innovations of this paper.The second part reviews the basic theory content of social network,quality of service and user perception.The third part investigates the current situation of social network service in the university library in Liaoning province,and carries out a detailed investigation on social network of Sina Weibo and WeChat,which have more user groups.The fourth part,from the four dimensions of service content,service process,service efficiency and service effect designs the evaluation scale and verifies the significance and rationality of the scale.The fifth part selects the students from university libraries in Liaoning province to evaluate the social network service quality of the library and analyzes the statistical results of the questionnaire..The sixth part puts forward the strategy of improving the service quality of library social network from four dimensions.In the dimension of service content,weshould match the service content with the platform,plan the modular fixed process,focus on the hot topics of socialization and create a micro topic discussion model;In the dimension of service process,we should emphasize platform authority and responsibility,create an effective communication channels,create a good atmosphere of knowledge community,encourage interaction and give some external incentive;In the dimension of service efficiency,we should be equipped with diversified operators,develop a push release plan,ensure real-time response and flexibility and establish the goal of a persistent operation;In the dimension of service effect,we should set up a one-stop social network service concept,focus on the publicity and new media index,pay attention to public opinion detection and data analysis,establish an inter-library alliance and win-win mechanism,apply technology and platform development mode.The seventh part summarizes the whole thesis and puts forward the shortcomings and future development prospect.
