With the popularity of 4G mobile network and the development of wireless broadband Wi-Fi,the rapid development of mobile Internet technology has accelerated the development of mobile library.Mobile library is changing the way of human life and reading.Users can visit the mobile library anytime and anywhere through mobile network terminals.The development of mobile library services and the increase of business volume have led to higher requirements for mobile library services,but users are not satisfied with the mobile reading situation.The user perception theory can solve the contradiction between the imbalance between the user's needs and the development of mobile library services,and provide guidance for the theoretical research and promotion of the evaluation of the service quality of mobile libraries.More specifically,the service quality of mobile library is imbalanced,mismatched and insufficient to meet users' corresponding expectations.So there are some pressing problems to be solved immediately.Firstly,what are the factors to affect the feeling quality of mobile library? Secondly,how does this kind of service involve? Thirdly How to assess it according to users' feeling? Fourthly,how to improve the quality from the aspect of user perception? Then,some profound and systematic researches have been conducted and its results can be applied to solve these problems.Initially the system of service quality evaluation of mobile library has been greatly enriched from the theoretical perspective and in practice;some feasible measures from the aspect of user perception can be taken to improve the quality of service.This thesis reveals systematic reviews of the research results on service quality evaluation of mobile library of mobile library at home and abroad.Meanwhile the literature analysis,hierarchical analysis,data envelopment analysis,grounded theory research,empirical research,simulation research and other research methods have been adopted in the paper to conduct a system research on assessing the service quality of library from the feeling of users.The theoretical research of this paper is deeply rooted and there is a perfect combination between theoretical research and practical application.The most important is that it is scientific,systematic and feasible.Specifically,there are fivechapters and in the third chapter,the research of formation mechanism on the service quality of mobile library for users' feeling has been conducted,which is the core theoretical framework.Next,some factors which influence this service quality can be revealed in the fourth chapter.Then in the following chapter,the evolution model on the service quality of mobile library has been constructed,based on the theory of infectious diseases and user perception.After that,the evaluation on the service quality of mobile library has been carried out according to previous research results.This sixth chapter is a foot hold from theoretical aspect.Finally some counter measures to improve this service quality have been proposed,based on former theoretical research results,which is the practical foothold.Chapter Three: Formation mechanism of service quality on mobile library based on user perception.This chapter has done a research on formation mechanism of service quality on mobile library based on the theory of user perception.Initially,in the service system of mobile library,its users,service technology,service resources,information services and other components have been analyzed.In next step,the research on forming system structure for service quality has been carried out.After that,its internal,exogenous and linkage dynamics for service quality of mobile library has been explored deeply.According to the analysis on forming process of service quality for user perception,its formation mechanism model has been introduced.This chapter is the core theoretical research and is the main line for chapter four and five and provides theory for next two chapters.Chapter Four: factors affecting service quality of mobile library for user perception.In this chapter,some factors affecting service quality of mobile library have been analyzed based on the theory of user perception.To begin with,from the perspective of user perception,factors influencing service quality has been explored and then a model of affecting factors based on grounded theory has been constructed.After a great number of data has been obtained through interviews,a systematic research according the grounded theory have been conducted,finally a deep discussion has been carried out on research results.This chapter gives theoretical support for next three chapters.Chapter Five: the evolution of service quality of mobile library based on user perception.Based on the theory of infectious diseases and user perception,a research on the evolution of service quality of mobile library based on user perception has been conducted.Initially,the idea of mathematical model for itsevolution has been determined.After that,L-SEIVR,which is the evolution model for service quality of mobile library based on user perception,has been built following this mathematical idea.The balance point and threshold have been decided and the configuration schemes for model parameter of 10 groups,30 entities,have been installed.The simulation experiment has been done on matlab.Finally these simulation results have been discussed and analyzed to provide theoretical support for chapter six and seven.Chapter Six: Assessing the service quality of mobile library based on user perception.Based on the previous abundant research results,a research on assessing the service quality of mobile library based on user perception has been conducted.At first,an assessment indicator system on the service quality of mobile library for user perception has been constructed.In the following step,the weight analysis can be conducted for assessment indicators of service quality by applying analytical hierarchy process.Then the assessment model for service quality of mobile library can be built based on data envelopment analysis theory.Finally,some empirical researches and further discussions can be done to provide support for next chapter.Chapter Seven: Measures to improve service quality of mobile library based on user perception.This chapter is the practical end point of this research.Initially,the significance of improving the service quality of mobile library has been emphasized and then the aims and rules of improving the service quality have been proposed.While the sensory,service,technical and efficacy perception has been stipulated in research results in the chapter four,five and six,the four-level improving service measures have been strengthened.Finally some safeguarding measures to improve service quality of mobile library have been introduced based on the theory in chapter three and six.At the theoretical level,this research has perfected the theory system of service quality evaluation of mobile library,deepened the application of user perception theory in the field of service quality evaluation of mobile library,and provided theoretical support for improving the service quality of mobile library.At the practical level,it can guide the improvement of service quality of mobile library,help to change the concept of service quality evaluation of mobile library,and guide the development of mobile library service system.In the future research,the quality evolution model of mobile library is optimized by considering the user's entry,exit,repeated infection and different network structure,and the servicequality evaluation of mobile library based on user perception is studied by using the superefficient DEA.
