"Education is the foundation", with the rapid economic growth, the country should also pay attention to the development of education.University libraries is an important place for teachers and students to research and study, which improve service quality of plays an important role for research progress, students learning, academic exchange. Library service for readers, the level of its utilization efficiency and quality of service, directly affects the university education. Therefore, the library must objectively evaluate their quality of service, identify problems, and constantly improve their quality of service, in order to better meet the needs of readers.Over the years, our libraries are carrying out an evaluation study on customer satisfaction and research on the management methods to improve the quality of library service. Some domestic university library is also actively exploring the LibQUAL + ○R model applied to the library service quality evaluation. They combined with the actual situation of the domestic libraries in the survey practice, repeatedly revised LibQUAL + ○R index evaluation system, made it have high reliability and validity, and made the evaluation results can reflect a more realistic level of university library service quality.Frist,this paper describes the research background, significance, ideas and methods, and reviewed current research of library service quality at home and abroad; secondly, expounds the concepts related to library service quality,the relevant evaluation model and management theory; Next, makes an empirical analysis on the service quality of the library of Nanchang University;according to the LibQUAL +○R model, combines with the actual situation to modify relevant indicators. Then, calculate the index weight by the AHP method introductied with G1 algorithm, designe a questionnaire to evaluate the service quality of Nanchang University Library, and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other mathematical statistics method to analysis the collected data, to find out the problems that currently exist in the service quality of Nanchang University library. Finally, use the service quality management theory related to library and quadrant analysis, to put forward the suggestions for improving the quality of service of Nanchang University Library from the general and specific levels.
