Research And Contruction Emulsion Pump Station Intelligent Of Monitor System Based On PLC

In this paper, an intelligent monitoring system of emulsion pump has been developed. The purpose of intelligent monitoring system of emulsion pump is when it finds some makers of hidden dangers; it can deal with them in time and ensure the normal operation and safe production of automatic coal mining field.First, the function and parameters of intelligent monitoring system of emulsion pumping is put up. And then the framework of intelligent monitoring system of emulsion pump has been suggested. Based on the core of CPU224, the intelligent monitoring system of emulsion pump use serveral sensors such as pressure sensors, temperature sensors, and pressure sensors to get status and datas and feed into CPU224 through EM231 units. CPU224 judge and treat the status and datas and then drive and control the related solenoid valve action. CPU224 is also responsible for communication with the PC and contact with touch display unit for parameters and alarm display.The system hardware design, software design and anti-disturbance methods have been decribed in the paper. CPU224 and its attached modules, PLC design of electrical control box and explosion-proof design have been discussed. The PLC logic design and Human-computer interface design included inspection parameters, parameter settings, recursionof moitoring history and date time setting are descibed in detail. The anti-disturbance method such as hardware isolating and software filitering also introduced in the paper.It is verified by ground experiment that intelligent monitoring system of emulsion pump has advatanges such as low power consumptation, powerful function, low cost, real-time ability, and easy interactive operating etc. The expected functions of intelligent monitoring system of emulsion pump are finished.
