The hardware of the system of data acquisition, including: pressure,flow rate, noise, torque, rotational speed, temperature and liquid level detection; hydraulicsystem includes: electromagnetic valve, a filter, a one-way valve; the software part introducesthe signal processing box components and software design block diagram and the function ofeach module, and the using NI LabVIEW7as a development platform, the detailed design ofthe user interface, including: signal monitoring, data processing and the curve of suchstatements, forming a complete set of testing system of emulsion pump. Through this system,realized the emulsion pump performance parameter acquisition, processing, output, uploadand drive the electromagnetic valve control; virtual instrument software programming ofLabVIEW, realize the data real-time recording and chart display, report function; applicationdialog, menu editor and technology of the preparation of the friendly man-machine interface.In this paper, according to the standard of coal industry specified in theMT/T188.2-2000test procedure, the system testing, the emulsion pump performance test system of comprehensive testing, from test results can be seen, is consistent with the factorytest pump conditions, the running of the whole system is good.
