Design And Implementation Of The Construction Project Of Aerospace Digital Archives

Aerospace is a complex and innovative system engineering,because of its long development cycle,high technical difficulty,technical condition is complex,the space file data formed a huge variety,high degree of coupling.How to collect and preserve the growing digital archives information resources,with the help of modern information technology to provide information,with fast and convenient service for aerospace workers,realize the knowledge exchange and sharing,shorten the development cycle,improve the developmen t efficiency and innovation ability,adapt to the space construction of digital archives demand in the digital age museum is particularly important.In this paper,based on the research of the related achievements of digital archives construction project management at home and abroad,this paper makes a deep research on the integration of digital archives construction and project management.First,introduces the basic status of space,the construction of Digital Archives project management,analyzes the ex isting problems and the reasons,and then put forward the principle and basis of the space construction of Digital Archives project management system design,and around the organization management and continuous optimization of cost management,reasonable arrangement,effective control of quality management objectives,detailed the construction plan of the library project management system of digital archives from three aspects of organization management,cost management and quality management.Then,it puts forward the target and principle of the construction project management system of aerospace digital archives,analyzes the possible risks and countermeasures,and makes a plan for the implementation of the project.Finally,from four aspects of personnel,technology,standard system,culture,the implementation of the relevant security measures are put forward.The results of this study provides an effective method for the management of aerospace enterprise,the construction of digital archives at the sam e time,also has some guidance and reference for the construction of digital archives such Museum of military enterprises.
