Research On The Orientation Of Archives In The Guarantee Of Government Information Demand ——Taking Nanning Archives As An Example

The research view on the positioning of archives in the government in China is that archives are the wisdom base of government decision-making and can provide support for government decision-making.Few scholars analyze the positioning of archives in the guarantee of government information demand according to the government information demand.Based on the literature research method,investigation method and interdisciplinary research method,this paper analyzes the necessity and significance of archives to ensure the government's information demand,starts with the government's information demand and its characteristics and Archives' information resources and its characteristics,analyzes the information supply and demand relationship of archives facing the government's demand,and points out that the proper orientation of archives facing the government's information demand is the government's information demand guarantee center,It also discusses the influencing factors of the construction of archives as the government information demand guarantee center.The lack of awareness of the government's infrastructure development and utilization of information is the main factor affecting the modernization of information center.It needs to be found that the lack of awareness of the needs and utilization of information infrastructure in Nanning needs to be improved,and the lack of information infrastructure needs to be analyzed.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on building Nanning National Archives into a government information demand guarantee center from four aspects: Innovating the basis of consciousness,consolidating the basis of information demand,improving the ability of information development and enhancing the personnel base.Today,with the prosperity and development of archives,a correct understanding of the positioning of archives in the guarantee of government information demand will help to fully understand the positive role of archives in the guarantee of government information demand,and provide a new idea and direction for the expansion of Archives' service functions.
