| The third technological revolution promoting the rapid development of computer and communication technology, China’s archives industry has gradually turned to research of digital archives. With the rapid growth of information, however, the traditional file management mode can’t satisfy the needs of users, and there are many disadvantages, such as inefficiency of query and retrieve, and it’s difficult to save paper archives. The author made the following work in order to solve the problem of A provincial archives management.First of all, This paper not only analyzes the research status at home and abroad, but also according to the national standards and laws of archives.In addition, through the previous research and demand analysis, the paper designed and implemented digital archives system which based on B/S model. The system has many advantages. For example, electronic storage of digital data, the friendly operation interface, the distributed management platform, the unified technical standards. The system realizes the functions of archives management, such as collection, processing, storage, utilization, etc. Meanwhile, the system provides users with intelligent service. Digital archives effectively promoted the construction of A province’s digital urbanization. Furthermore, The system promotes the integration of internal network and the Internet, e-government network.The main work:(1) First of all, the system will be deployed on the FreeBSD operating system platform, besides, the author used PHP as a development language, and used PostgreSQL database. In the process of system development, the author formulated the overall implementation scheme, detailed architecture of the system and network topology, completed the multi-layer architecture which based on B/S model.(2) Furthermore, The author studied and analyzed the key technology of Digital Archives, introduced the XML language, used XML as a medium data conversion. At the same time, the author used XOOPS as a content management framework. Moreover, the author employed The full text search which based on XML technology. It’s help to realization of the intelligent retrieval. Data encryption technology have contributed to protect the system security.(3)Finally, this paper introduced two subsystems that include the data description and cataloging of file system. Through the used of clear system structure, designed a friendly interactive interface and standardized the business process, this paper has realized the management function of and digital archives and digital data. |
