Research On Project Management Of Digitization Urban Construction Archives In X City

Under the background of improving the informatization level of the construction industry comprehensively and promoting the in-depth integration of archival work and information technology,urban construction archives management departments at all levels and regions actively carry out digital projects of urban construction archives to replace the traditional archives management mode.The digitalized project of urban construction archives has the characteristics of tight construction period,heavy workload,complicated links,limited internal staff of the library and non renewable original of urban construction archives.This thesis takes the digitalized project of urban construction archives of X city as the research object,and uses the theories and methods of project schedule management,quality management and risk management to analyze and solve the main problems involved in project implementation,such as project drag period,poor quality of achievements,weak risk management and control,etc.The significance of studying these problems is to make X city urban construction archives digitization project team complete and obtain high-quality project results in a given time under the overall control of various risks faced by the project.This thesis studies the management objectives,methods and technologies of the above three aspects(progress,quality and risk)in the implementation process of urban construction archives digitization project by using the relevant theories of project management.This research uses the relevant theories of project management to study the management objectives,methods and technologies of the above three aspects in the implementation of urban construction archives digitization projects.The specific research contents include:defining the overall objective of the project,decomposing the project through WBS,arranging the project activities,constructing the responsibility distribution matrix,and defining the person in charge of each task,thus preparing the project schedule and taking corresponding safeguard measures;Clarify project quality management objectives,conduct quality planning research,propose quality assurance system and measures research,and analyze project quality control;Analysis of project risk management objectives,identification of risk factors,application of the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process to project risk assessment,according to the principle of maximum membership,concluded the projecthas "lower risk",and then put forward the corresponding prevention and control measures based on risk factors;Finally,through a series of management programs,the project has been gradually implemented and achieved relatively obvious results.In the process of implementing the digital project of urban construction archives in X city,the project management ideas and practical operation methods are used to complete the project ahead of time,significantly improve the project quality,effectively avoid all kinds of potential risks,orderly promote the digital project of urban construction archives in X city,and provide experience for the implementation of digital projects of urban construction archives and other institutions in various regions of China.
