Automationproduction line is the main form of the modern factory production,which is the significant method seeking for high efficiency and low cost under the premise of science method and organizing production.Based on the present situation of the workers operation cumbersome and the lower mechanical automation,in the vacuum cleaner handle assembling processing,this paper was proposed to modify the existing production line.According to the vacuum cleaner handle assembly process flow and design indexes of automatic production lines,has carried on the overall scheme design production line,completed the design of assembly system and packaging system as well as the rack section.And application of ANSYS software and DMU module of CATIA software,the statics and dynamics simulationanalysis was carried out on manipulator and the rack section of automatic production lines,this paper verified and compared the results of simulation analysis with theoretical value,and some structureoptimization measures were put forward.In this paper,the research results have great significance to improve the efficiency of the vacuum cleanerhandle assembly and automation level.
