Along with the development of modem manufacturing technology, the system simulation is receiving more and more attention. Using simulation software modeling of production line production status, thereby get production line method of optimization scheme has been widely applied, also become the inevitable trend of the development of manufacturing industry. This paper using on a bus Flexsim software simulation, enterprise assembling-welding line for its existing problem propose optimization solution and achieved good optimized effect.This paper firstly introduces the development of computer simulation technology, discusses the research of technology now present situation and application prospect, then introduces the principle of discrete simulation system, and the simulation software Flexsim function and characteristic of illustrated. In addition, this article also do the following:In mastering based on the theory of system simulation of a bus enterprise assembling-welding line site investigation, collect the data and production line layout simulation of such material;Establish production line in the physical model with the master data , then builting production line simulation model based on Flexsim;Properly setting simulation model parameters, making the simulation model to real reflect the line, then running the simulation model;After analysising and researching the model simulation result carefully, we discovere the problems existing in the production line then give proposed solutions to the problemsFinally after the comprehensive evaluation of the schemes inferiority , choosing the scheme meets this enterprise welding-installation production line production status. On the basis of the selected solution, giving the forward further optimization measures, optimizing the simulation model, then testing the feasibility.After optimization, this production line station decreases 3, at the same time, reducing the total working hours and saving some of equipment and manpower resources, reducing the workshop usable floor area, and improvements for such assembling-welding line provides an effective optimization approach.
