Communications,multimedia and high-performance computing and areas require higher and higher processor performance, as with the processor structure has been developed from the multi-core to the many core stage. In the field of many core research, more and more attention been paid to the system's communication performance. Therefore, based on the analysis of several existing interconnection structures, this paper builds up the network structure using two-dimensional grid topology on-chip network (2D Mesh NOC) along with the optical bus of the photoelectric hybrid interconnection, Finally this paper provides,One-to-many DMA communication mechanism to improve the communication performance of the public nuclear system.Firstly, this paper analyzes the existing DMA communication mode and the structure of the DMA controller. Then afteranalyzes the topology of the 2D mesh NOC and the optical bus in the many core architecture,integrated bandwidth,delay and the other factors,this paper proposes the hybrid network of the hybrid network by building a photoelectric hybrid interconnection model based on 2D mesh NOC and optical bus.The model can be selected according to the communication distance using SystemC. The functional simulation is carried out with VCS. According to the comparison of the average delay under different loads, it prove that the optical bus added on the 2D mesh NOC network to form the photoelectric hybrid The network can not only improve the efficiency of long-distance inter-core communication, but also improve the network congestion situation, The performance is superior to the traditional 2D mesh NOC interconnection network. Finally, in order to obtain DMA communication performance,a DMA controller model with one-to-many operation mode is established, using 4*4 photoelectric hybrid interconnection structure, the network delay is tested with the method of software-hardware co-verification. It proves that the photoelectric hybrid interconnect structure can effectively improve the communication hybrid interconnection structure,DMA one-to-many model performance increase 13.8% ?82.55%,a mixed structure of one-to-one pattern performance increase 13.8%?75% compared to traditional one-to-one mode of NOC structure.
