Coal remains dominated by China's energy consumption structure.Nuclear belt scale is the key equipment of coal mine, which plays a key role in the monitoring of coal production. It is of great significance to realize the sustainable exploitation of coal resources and the macroscopic regulation of coal resources. This paper starts from the research background of nuclear belt scale, introduces the development of nuclear belt scale over the years, the status quo at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the structure and working principle of mining nuclear belt scale systematically, from the system point of view, from the data acquisition, data transmission, online system network mode, system communication network construction, data interface, the stability of data transmission, the design of the interface of the host computer, the causes of the error and the compensation of the data error are studied in depth.Based on the above analysis and the research of key technologies, this paper designs the on-line monitoring system of nuclear belt scale, focusing on the overall design of the system architecture,CAN communication interface,CAN to Ethernet gateway and host computer real-time monitoring interface, and uses the regression algorithm based on support vector machine to fit the measured weighing data, finally, after the test of the system, the measurement data after the error compensation close to the true value.Mine nuclear belt scale on-line monitoring system research, can achieve real-time monitoring of coal production, and it can better to achieve the design of the indicators, and on the basis of the original significantly improve the accuracy of the measurement data, has important theoretical significance and engineering value.
