Conveyer belt is a running transportation equipment of motor drives. It cantransport material and finished products, using broadly in industry production.In the running production of conveyer belt, there are belt creep, broken belt, tearing,overloading, coupling cut i.e, result in serious consequence. So measuring the troubleis the important.This paper introduces a trouble detecting system of conveyer belt, which applies anew method to autotest the trouble, such as:skidding, break belt, overload, couplingdisconnection, etal. At the same time, automatic alarm about the trouble of conveyersbelt and stop to run relation appliance and feed.The monitoring and fault diagnosis system design for the main transport of mineconveyor based on Test Techniques and the Course of Control Theory. The full textfrom the overall system design to software, hardware construction makes a detailedstatement.First of all, the paper elaborates the mine belt transportation system faultfeature identification and detection, contains belt speed, torque,temperature deviationof the belt, motor, belt longitudinal tearing, belt fire, coal piples of coal characteristicsand its identification;Secondly the signal processing unit of the sensor signal samplingamplifying, shaping, A/D conversion and calculation process;Once again, Themonitoring and fault diagnosis system design for the main transport of mine conveyorhas a detail introduction in hardware design and software design, the system is dividedinto three subsystems: belt monitoring system, video monitoring system, voicebroadcast system, and has a were introduced on their hardware design, software design,anti-jamming design.Based on industrial Ethernet, belt monitoring system, videomonitoring system, voice broadcast system form a complete operational, scheduling,monitoring network, to realize the entire system of remote measure, remotecommunication, remote viewing and remote control.The monitoring and fault diagnosis system design for the main transport of mineconveyor has been used at Daizhuang Coalmine, and it got good social tesults andeconomic benefits.
