| Oxygen-manufacturing is very important in metallurgical process. As a key equipment in oxygen-manufacturing, most turbo compressors of air separation plant are mainly imported at present. Import method is mainly in assembly with self-controller. After having absorbed the technology literature of centrifugal-type turbo air compressor, one solution is given out which only imports mechanical equipement. The solution can lower invest cost, lower maintenance cost and improve performance of control system in 21000 Nm3/h oxygen-making project of Jiuquan Iron & Steel Company. The control system of this imported equipment will be developed under the platform of DCS control system.JISCO Group is a Iron and Steel Complex which is mainly with iron and steel, as well as other more industries. As a distribution department of taking charge of material distribution to all the departments of JISCO Group, warehouse and transport department possesses about 86 sets of belt conveyer scale, weigh hopper, coal tower scale and steel product scale for measurement; and also takes charge of unified management of all the materials in and out of JISCO Group. After JISCO Group's production management models turned to management at factory level, the measurement data of bulk crude fuel will directly influence the throughput and index's account for iron works, roaster plant, coking plant and other departments in terms of improvement of cost and finance management.Materials distribution measurement of belt conveyer scale is one of the most knotty problems in main smelter enterprises of our country, at the same time, this problem is also perplexing JISCO Group for many years. During the practical production process, factory level managers can not get well known the in and out situations of materials in time, further more, for the sake of the unstableness of crude fuel support market in recent years, the rapid increase of iron ore, thermal coal and other bulk crude fuel purchasing series, and also the problem of great difference of quality, the difficulty of material support and distribution will increase. In order to insure the quality of sinter and coking product, we have to accurately count and assign the materials to make sure the quality of pelletizing and coke.However, the present situation is: all the raw ore, purchasing pelletizing and other dozens of materials are transmitted to other different places by belt. The materials will be measured when transmit through the electronic belt scale, and then the signals will be sent to the processor template of control logix5000. After calculation, belt scale date only is showed the present and gross amount of several kinds of material but every kind consumption, so we can not do the quantitative and statistic analysis. Furthermore, the material date only is showed in surveillance room, the detailed material consumption date in productive process will not be transmitted to backbone network of JISCO Group. We can not implement the real time monitoring, browse the web, issue the daily settlement report and form the factory history production records. This situation is not matched with present JISCO Group's computerized management, and can not match the requests of present manufacturing management. Therefore, we are urgently yearning the scientific management method to deal with the material information effectively.In order to resolve the practical problems in the productive process which are restricting the enterprise development, we designed and implemented the materials distribution data collection system of belt conveyer scale of JISCO Group, which is match with distribution measurement system for the request of practical productive management development, and completely resolve the material distribution measurement problem which perplexed JISCO Group for many years. With the field research, configuration software, manual intervention and other methods, we implemented the data separation, query and pivot, preferences, measurement report forms and analytic statistics of every material in productive monitor station, at the same time, data uploaded to the net, and we also implemented the data real time monitoring, the issue, inquiry, record and other functions of webpage historic report. This system can provide the dependable metrological data to materials balance and the cost accounting for iron works system, and also achieve to aim of the refined management, informatization and scientization of enterprise material production and consumption. This system greatly enhances the energy saving and resource saving, creates the remarkable economic efficiency for enterprise. |
