Coal storage sites which are usually open-air,prone to coal spontaneous combustion for the factors:weather,environment,storage time and so on,resulting in significant economic losses,Therefore,early detection of open-air coal yard spontaneous combustion hazards and timely taking the measures to ensure the safety of open-air coal yard are of great significance for open-air coal yard safety management.At present,the common monitoring technology of coal pile spontaneous combustion has the disadvantages:large amount of operation,low efficiency,small temperature range and so on.It is more important for open-air coal yard safety management to explore the new,effective and intelligent temperature monitoring method of open-air coal yard and locate real-timely of high temperature coal stacks.Facing the safety management requirements of open-air coal yard,this paper presents the new temperature monitoring system of open-air coal yard.The system is based on the technology of unmanned aerial vehicle and non-contact temperature measurement method.Firstly,aiming at the problem of unmanned aerial vehicle(LPM)planning in the open-air coal field temperature measurement process,flight path optimization method of UAV is studied which is combined with the digital map technology and particle swarm optimization;Second,the infrared temperature model based on diamond array is studied for improving the reliability of infrared temperature measurement and reducing the cost;Third,due to the problem that the reliability of infrared temperature is susceptible to environmental factors,the correction of infrared temperature data is researched to improve the reliability of the measured surface temperature data of the stack;Forth,testing the modules to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of each module.The research of this paper is of great significance to the safety management of open-air yard.The introduction of unmanned aerial vehicles platform promote modern management level of the open-air coal field;real-time controlling of open-air coal yard temperature changes reduce the probability of the fire in the open-air coal mine and protect the safety of coal energy.
