With the continuous development of science and technology,intellectualization has become the theme of this era,and the construction of modern hospitals is indispensable to the image of intellectualization.At present,in the inpatient department,the infusion process of patients is mostly monitored manually,which makes the work efficiency of medical staff lower and may cause medical accidents;the detection of temperature,heart rate and blood oxygen parameters of patients mostly adopts semi-intelligent detection method,which increases the error rate of data,disturbs the rest of patients and enlarges the number of data registered manually by medical staff on the computer.The workload of medical staff.Therefore,in order to improve the work efficiency of medical staff,improve patients' comfort and reduce the incidence of medical accidents,this artical designs the hardware and software framework of the intelligent nursing system in hospital.It consists of intelligent infusion monitoring device,vital signs wireless monitor,LoRa base station,central server,nurse station client,medical staff handheld device terminal,patient mobile terminal and the system.Because of the limitation of time and workload,this paper realizes the intelligent infusion monitoring device,vital signs wireless monitor,LoRa base station,central server and nurse station client.In the intelligent infusion monitoring device,this paper uses photoelectric detection technology to design a drop rate detection module.The number of droplets in 5 seconds is monitored by a timer,and the droplets in 20 seconds are stored dynamically by array num to get more accurate droplet rate values,and the abnormal droplet rate is judged by STM32F103C8T6controller;the droplet rate information is displayed by OLED;and the LoRa wireless communication module is used to transmit the droplet rate information to LoRa base every 5seconds.The station sends drip rate information.In the wireless monitor of vital signs,MLX90614 infrared temperature sensor is used to monitor the patient's temperature,and STM32F103C8T6 controller reads the internal RAM data,then calculates the body temperature value by formula;MAX30102 pulse wave sensor is used to collect the patient's pulse wave signal,and STM32F103C8T6 controller is used to read the pulse wave data stored in the internal register of MAX30102.Firstly,the controller preprocesses the pulse wave signal,then extracts the characteristic points by differential threshold method,andgets the heart rate value by heart rate calculation formula.In this paper,YX301 blood oxygen meter is used to calibrate the blood oxygen calculation formula.The blood oxygen value can be calculated by the calibrated blood oxygen calculation formula.The controller will display the calculated body temperature,heart rate and blood oxygen value through OLED in real time,and judge whether it is abnormal or not.It will send the temperature,heart rate and blood oxygen information to LoRa base station every 5 seconds through LoRa wireless communication module.LoRa base station scans channel continuously through LoRa wireless communication module.If the signal is scanned,it receives and stores it in internal register.STM32F103C8T6 controller reads data from LoRa wireless communication module through UART,and then sends data to Ethernet module through UART,which carries data to send HTTP request to central server.The central server and client terminal of nurse station adopt B/S network mode,use Java language,and develop based on MVC mode.According to the function,it is divided into four parts: patient information management;monitoring interface design;data management;user management.Patient information management function can add or delete information of all patients;monitoring interface function can display the drip speed,body temperature,heart rate and blood oxygen of patients dynamically in real time;data management function can view,download and delete data records of patients' drip speed,body temperature,heart rate and blood oxygen;user management function is only used by super users,and can be used by super users.The information of medical staff can be added,deleted and checked in the login system.The handheld terminal of medical staff enables medical staff to grasp the infusion information and vital signs information at the patient's end in real time anywhere in the hospital.It also has the functions of patient information scanning,pushing information,receiving call service and so on.When there is any abnormality in infusion information and vital signs information at the patient's end,it will automatically alarm,and when the patient calls,it will automatically broadcast the call content by voice.Patient mobile terminal enables patients to independently understand hospital information,basic service information and health knowledge,as well as selective call services.Hospital information is pushed from nurses' stations,mainly pushing real-time dynamic information about hospitals.The basic service information is pre-set from the nurses' station and can be added or deleted according to the needs.It can interact with patients or their families through automatic reply.Health knowledge is pre-set from nurses' stations and handheld devices of medical staff.It can be added or deleted according to needs and interact with patients or their families through automatic reply.The interface function module between the system and the hospital information system can obtain the information data of patients and medical staff in the hospital information system through ethernet,and store the data in the central server database,thus realizing the integration and sharing of the functions and data between the system and the hospital information system.The hospital intelligent nursing system studied in this paper provides an effective solution to the problems existing in the current hospital.For hospitals,it can reduce the incidence of medical accidents;for medical staff,it can effectively improve work efficiency and reduce tedious workload;for patients,it can improve comfort.
