The "Road" Of Information And The"Road" Of Development In The Village-A Fieldwork Report Of Duncao Village,Changshun County,Guizhou Province,PRC

With the advent of the information age,the role of communication in the development of social economy is becoming more and more important.People are engaged in social activities related to communication all the time.And at the same time,the communication also acts on people's daily lives.This study chooses the Miao village-Duncao village as the case study object.Through the participation of observation and in-depth interviews,research and analysis the dissemination of information on the impact of poverty policy.Duncao village is located in Changshun County,Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Guizhou Province.It is a small village which is located in the hinterland of Mashan.It is a typical and backward ethnic minority area.The population is mainly Miao people while Buyi people and Han people are fewer.The multi-ethnic,poverty situation and the difference between the development of different village groups in Duncan Village provide the possibility of research.Through the field investigation,the author found that the "road" on the Duncao village plays a vital role on poverty alleviation.The spread of the road policy and the implementation of the road project affected the development of each step in the town.The paper is divided into four parts."road" is an important part of poverty alleviation research.The "road" makes the village change.The paper will summarize the effect of poverty alleviation and the necessary means of information transmission from this change.Through this,analyze the relationship between information dissemination and poverty alleviation in Duncao village.In Duncao village,the effectiveness of information dissemination is the key link,which determines the acceptance degree of the villagers.There is a close link between poverty alleviation and information dissemination.The modes of communication include organizational communication and interpersonal communication in there.The process of policy communication is from the township government to the village committee and then to the villagers.The process includes organizational communication and interpersonal communication.In the mass media,TV has the highest penetration rate.The second is Broadcast.However,television and radio mainly use entertainment functions.In order to develop the economy,Duncao village must continue toadhere the existing and scientific methods of communication.Besides,Duncao village also need to seek more forms of communication and improve the ability of accepting new things.
