Problems And Countermeasures Of Information Dissemination Service For Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Border Minority Areas

Poverty has been an important issue that affects the economic and social development in China for a long time.Eliminating poverty and achieving common prosperity are the essential requirement of socialism,which is also the cardinal question of Party and State.By 2017,more than 65% of the population of 24.55 million live in rural areas.The poverty problem in Xinjiang rural areas is relatively serious,so how to get rid of poverty and to realize rural revitalization have always been the key task of Xinjiang's development.As for January 2019,the total population of Chagan Tunge,Wenquan county,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region is 4681,among which the total number of poor households is 912.And the total number of poor people is 2257.The proportion of ethnic minorities in Chagan Tunge town has reached 47%.It is a typical township where Han and ethnic minority mixed.The development of agriculture and rural areas in Chagan Tunge township is not enough,and the proportion of poor is close to 50 percent.The village has many typical problems like weak foundation,remote location,poor transportation and poverty.Taking Chagan Tunge,Wenquan county as the research object,the channel,environment and effect of the villagers' access to poverty alleviation information are investigated,and the role of the media in serving the frontier in targeted poverty alleviation is combed and concluded.At the same time,the important role of interpersonal communication and organizational communication in the process of poverty alleviation information dissemination is concerned in this paper,and according to the characteristics of media poverty alleviation reporting and the characteristics of information dissemination in the region itself,some pertinent suggestions are put forward,so as to better serve targeted poverty reduction model with the China's frontier minority areas media service.
