Research On Status Quo And Optimization Strategy Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation Information Communication In Poverty-stricken Counties Of Henan Province

Under the national pattern of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation,the Henan provincial party committee and the provincial government,with the attitude of being responsible to the party,the people and the history,insist on poverty alleviation as the top priority and the first livelihood project.On September 14,2018,Henan province officially published the three-year action plan for Henan province to win the battle against poverty.The focus has always been on the major project of increasing the income of the poor.This paper studies the current situation of industrial poverty alleviation information communication from the perspective of communication science.In the research process,starting from the "5W" mode,the paper explains the current situation from the perspective of communication subject,communication audience,communication content,communication channel and communication effect.This article first to industry information dissemination of research results for poverty alleviation and generalizes the basic concept,secondly,the industry of counties in poverty alleviation field survey on the current situation of information dissemination,field survey questionnaire and recycling,in counties in survey data by using SPSS software for data analysis,statistical and descriptive statistics,frequency of all data on results from the data in the grasping of the features of the poverty alleviation and information dissemination in the industry,and then,with the method of depth interview,industry of counties in information communication of each subject to interview for poverty alleviation,such as the county party committee propaganda department,analysis of the parties involved work content and the status quo,finally,according to the results of the survey and the interview,This paper explores and sorts out the existing problems in the information dissemination of industrial poverty alleviation,and obtains the optimization strategies for the information dissemination of industrial poverty alleviation,which provides certain reference significance for the information dissemination of industrial poverty alleviation in the future.
