Boshi Company Vehicle Electronic Products Research And Development Project Management Support System

This thesis presents the requirement analysis, system design and programming implementation of BOSHI company's vehicle electronic products development project management support system form the viewpoint of software engineering development flow and techniques. This system is oriented towards the business requirement of the company in raising its research and development level and solidly implementing its strategy in product development operations.The thesis applies the concepts, methods and techniques in software engineering to the systems functional analysis, software architecture design, subsystem design, programming an tests. The application software is developed with C++ and the enterprise database SQL Server. The whole software architecture is within the framework of client/server mode. In this software system the client end is composed of work view components of project manager management, engineer worksheet and the test engineer worksheet. Its application server layer are composed of subsystems of the project planning and resource scheduling, experiment data and quality evaluation modules which main internal data model and processing flows are systematically discussed.This product research and development project management support system is developed as one of the important components of the entire information management platform in this company. Through its development and implementation the company's performance in new product development is significantly improved, particularly in the aspect of focusing on specific management functions in the enterprise, effectively schedule the critical resource available to the project and timely evaluating the project's equality status by statistically processing the experiment data. Such aspects are under well improving by using this management support system.
