A Research On Schedule Management Of The Development Project On Network Information Security Monitoring And Warning Platform In Nanning City

A scientific project schedule management can control and manage the process of project effectively,and make adjustments and optimization timely so as to shorten construction period,lower cost and reduce risk.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the schedule management of the development project on network information security monitoring and warning platform in Nanning city,and endeavors to figure out some major problems,such as unreasonable estimate of construction period in project schedule management,illogical project resource estimate and resource processing,and the partial prejudging on uncertain factors and so on.Through combing relevant theories about project schedule management with scientific application tools,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of project schedule management,focusing on the following factors:scientifically developing project schedule plan,strengthening monitoring on project schedule,making reasonable resource planing and management,improving communication mechanism,and the uncertain factors influencing project schedule and so on.What's more,optimized measures are put forward,using concrete methods to solve the problems and difficulties existing in project schedule management.All in all,this paper is a research mainly focusing on the plan and control of schedule in specific construction projects.By putting forward measures and methods solving the problems influencing project schedule,the author hopes to make a better conclusion on both practical experience and methods in project schedule management.
