With the constant development of manufacturing technology and proposal of industrial 4.0,it will be a trend to integrate industrialization with information.Information system has already become the core competitiveness of enterprises.In the manufacturing industry,collection of key parameters,records of abnormal data,production scheduling of production plans and supervision of product manufacturing can't satisfy demands of rapid business development only depending on artificial process.Now it is urgent for us to deal with a series of problems,such as how to analyze and use data in production process and how to track product quality,and so on.Therefore,to develop a set of information system conforming to features of enterprise business has the extremely important significance.According to the factory in a business unit,actual problems in production and management philosophy of the company,the production management system was designed and realized in the paper.Based on B/S(Browser/Server)mode and SSH(Struts2+spring+hibernate)framework development,the system is realized by using J2 EE language and SQL Server2014 database.The system is mainly composed of system management,data management,plan management,production management,stock management,posting management,and statement analysis management.The primary functions of the system are able to decompose plan tasks into the default work time of every production department according to standard hours(standard hours mean the standard production capacity calculated by equipment,personnel,materials and other factors).In this way,it ensures that production is only conducted within effective time,while it won't be implemented in other time,so as to ensure that non-production period won't consume lots of manpower,equipment and materials,greatly reduce resource waste,and further reduce production costs.Meanwhile,the system arranges a plan in every period,thus every period will have a definite productive task.In principle,products with corresponding plans must be produced within the stipulated period and be stored as required.Otherwise,the amount of plan and production within a period will have a difference.When the system calls a monitor for data query,if it finds that system time is greater than the end time of a productive task and the difference is kept in the pre-set abnormal warning range,the system will alarm correspondingly according to the range of difference and send it to the pre-set rating objects.Then,analysis of alarm causes helps enterprises to find out and solve various causes for production,live up to improve technology and process timely and continuously,and mobilize various resources more reasonably,so as to improve enterprise production capacity constantly.In the development and realization process of the application system,the following work was applied by the author: did a demand survey on every factory in the business department,studied status of domestic and overseas production management systems in the same industry by aiming at wasting of resources,unrealistic planning and scheduling and lower management level,etc.,provided solutions of informatization,elaborated feasibility and necessity of system implementation,as well as conducted overall design,detailed design and software testing for planning and scheduling,product storage and system alarm of core functional modules according to the object-oriented design methods.At present,the production management system has been officially come into use with stable operation and good feedback.It meets business demands.Results of system operation indicate that after automatic production scheduling,comparison between production tasks and product storage can trigger the alarm mechanism to drive practical production,realize supervision of productive process,and ensure timely disposal and effective trace of abnormalities.Data accumulation and experience sharing realize optimization and improvement on existing process and improve work efficiency.According to the standard productive tasks,it ensures balance of production takt,saves resources and reduces waste.Timely storage can remain dynamic balance of storage and reduce storage costs.Supervision on productive process can conduct differential analysis on actual manpower,time and standard operation.Based on the data analysis,an optimal solution can be formulated,so as to improve production efficiency and enterprise management level.According to the domestic and overseas understanding and contrastive analysis on the production management system,the study finds that many systems can't arrange planning and scheduling and timing storage according to flexible schedules and can't conduct real-time monitoring on the entire productive process,thus abnormalities in production can't be traced and productive efficiency can't be promoted obviously.This is the feature of the system.
