Design And Implementation Of The Time Management System Of The Construction Science Research Institute Based On B/S

With the continuous progress of society, the city is also increasing the number of buildings. As a famous building science research institute in China, the company has also continued to increase the number of projects. Because the number of projects increased, So designers need more and more. Previous manual methods to manage the project and designers have not been able to meet the needs of the company’s development. Manual mode efficiency is low, and it’s easy to be wrong, not to share the data, the company’s leadership can not see the company’s macro data, can not give the company’s leadership to give decision support. So it is necessary to design and implement a time management system to manage the work of the project and the staff of the Research Institute.In what is now the enterprise management, the working hours of project management is very necessary. To improve time management system based on B/S, to improve the staff’s working efficiency, at the same time to compare fair to calculate the employee’s salary, improve the staff’s work enthusiasm. Manual mode can be overcome before error prone on the management of working hours and inefficiency. So, opening a set of simple interface, easy to operate the working hours of management system, management is necessary for the construction science research institute.Man hour management system uses the current popular B/S architecture, the technology uses the spring MVC technology, and the programming language is the choice of java language. The system consists of five functional modules, including the announcement management module, time management module, project management module, basic setup module and system basic management module. After the system on-line, it can improve the Institute’s competitiveness in the market, to improve the working enthusiasm of the designer, can make leaders more easy to understand the progress of the project.(1) This paper introduces why to do a man hour management system, as well as the domestic and foreign research status of time management system, and to explore the steps of the system implementation.(2) This paper introduces the requirement analysis of working hours management system.
