Only by strengthening the human resource management, we can truly coordinate the relationship between the departments, organize the work of the various departments and improve the staff’s working enthusiasm.This paper describes the research status of the human resources management system of real estate at home and abroad and use the method of software engineering to build and design the system, then implements the deployment and development of the system. According to the demand, the system that based on J2 EE platform combine with Struts2, Spring and Hibernate, that is SSH architecture, database use light weight My SQL database And use of SOA architecture that is A service-oriented model. After design and implementation, a human resource management system of real estate that meet the needs of small and medium enterprises has developed. The SSH architecture makes the structure of the whole system more clear, it is easy to expand the enterprise human resources management system and also makes the resource management system of enterprises can quickly and accurately to adapt the change of enterprise due to the business development, thus enhance the flexibility of the system. The system adopts Ext JS to implement the presentation layer and report function. In the aspect of safety protection, in addition to the network, the system uses the MD5 encryption to ensure the security of user information. The main functions of the system are personnel management, departmental management, payroll management and report management and so on.Finally, we tested the function and safety of the human resource management system. The test results show that the human resources management system which this paper studied can basically meet the needs of the small and medium-sized enterprise human resource. |
