In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile Internet,smart phones are rapidly developing.At present,the evaluation of the smart phone is mainly concentrated in the performance of the mobile phone itself,while the user experience research is relatively less.Smart phones,as an essential tools in people's daily life,its user experience,that is,the users' feeling and evaluation of the smart phone has a vital role on sales and improvement.So,how to determine the impacts of the smart phone user experience,how these factors have the impact on the user experience,how these factors impact on the real management activities in the real help is very important questions to solve.In order to solve these problems,this paper first uses the key event method to collect the satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors of the smart phone users,and further to analyze of impacts of the user experience and finally identifies 7 major categories,21 the key factors.Then,this paper constructs the model of influencing factors of user experience based on the theory of TAM technology.Through the regression analysis,the second part further studies the how the influence factors impact on the user experience,and then summarizes the conclusions of the research and gives some advice on the management of mobile phone manufacturers.
