With the advent of mobile internet and the popularization of smartphones, tablets, and other mobile terminal devices, people gradually get used to surf the internet through mobile clients. As a result, it becomes normal for them to make ecommerce transactions and search for information at any time, and make timely communicate. An increasing number of internet companies and ecommerce business have their own mobile clients, which are regarded as one of their main sales battlegrounds; and more and more internet products created their own clients in the mobile internet. Mobile APP has become a new growth area in traditional web portals. This paper aims to study how to move the stamp catalog of the People’s Republic of China to mobile client for improving the traditional stamp catalog. The mobile client must have a concise interface, create novel interactive experience, and contains strong social attributes. Stamps are called the art of national identity in a single tiny square. Countries put their most representative persons, objects and events on stamps. They are an Encyclopedia of national politics, economy, culture and science, and, hence, have high artistic value. To design the mobile internet product of Chinese stamp catalog, we need to work on user surveys, plate settings, touch-screen interactive mode design, page navigation design and so on. The design objective is to achieve the unification of content, interaction and vision, that is, on the basis of user surveys, design and interaction express content, and content confirms vision and interaction as well. Stamp collectors in China now are very old, but the growth of young collectors is very slow, which results in an age gap among stamp collectors. The number of stamp collectors has declined substantially since 1950s and 1960s. One reason for the decline is the insufficient promotion; other reasons include low level of information system utilization in the stamp industry, slowness in website updating, incompleteness of information, and inconvenience in searching. Therefore, it is urgent to design mobile APP for China stamp catalog, to offer user interesting contents, to promote user sharing and broadcasting content voluntarily, and finally to facilitate the growth of stamp industry.
