With the increasing demand for meat,people pay more and more attention to the meat safety.In the traditional production,because the information collection methods are backward and the information from various aspects has weak link,meat products can't be effectively associated with products records.When safety problem occurs,it's difficult to determine the source of the accident quickly,recall the food,narrow the scope and reduce losses.In view of the situation that there are many segments in the meat production,it's difficult to link the information effectively in different segments.The topic chooses the snowflake beef as research object,and designs a set of snowflake beef information tracked system based on wireless sensor networks to collect the whole process of information from breeding to sales,realize the effective traceability.The research contents are as follows:Product traceability code:Through the research of beef production,we select ear label number,slaughter number,product number,marbling level and production date to make the traceability code which can realize the uniqueness of snowflake beef product identification code,and attach two-dimensional bar code to the product label.Acquisition network of traceability information:System designs the breeding environment node,transport position node and carcass grading node to collect traceability information effectively in the consideration of different features of segments.The breeding environment node is consist of CC1101 RF module,microcontroller and SHT10 sensors,it uses SimpliciTI protocol to build network collecting the temperature and humidity data;position node uses GPS module to acquire the real-time position,and sends data to remote server with GPRS;carcass grading node uses CCD camera to acquire rib eye pictures and sends pictures to server with WiFi.Server uses image processing to accurate segment the rib-eye region,extract the marbling features and decide the grade.Then server sends the results to the terminal device interface.Traceability information databases:System uses SQL SERVER databases to record the snowflake beef traceability data.Data from different segments is stored in different data tables.System connects data tables with the key numbers that achieves the cross-searching of traceability information.Traceability Information Management System:The management system includes two parts:the local software and the Web traceability platform.The local software is responsible for traceability data receiving from nodes,analysis of data according to the data protocol and data storage into databases.Web traceability platform is designed to make response to consumer demand,get traceability code,search product traceability data in all segments,and send it to the users later.The overall test of system is reliable and stable.The nodes work normally,collect information efficiently,and management software analyses data correctly,return the all aspects data to users quickly.The whole system design provides an effective solution for the effective traceability of snowflake beef information.
