With the improving of living standards, beef has become one of the important food of people, but the quality and safety of beef problem is serious. By tracing beef cattle production, beef processing, marketing and other aspects, you can quickly locate the root cause of quality problems and improve the quality and safety of beef, protect people’s lives and health. In order to solve the problem of filtering for the traceability information points and the diagnose of quality problems, this paper based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Analytic Hierarchy Process, select control points in traceability information, research beef cattle quality traceability model based on Petri nets, based on improved petri nets to find critical path for quality control and to determine the control point of harm occurrence, and to diagnose quality problems, the use of multi-tenant model database structure, based on Struts2 + Spring + Hibernate framework to achieve beef cattle full quality traceability SaaS applications. Specific studies are as follows:(1) The application of fuzzy mathematics theory, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to specific beef cattle quality traceability point selection study, combined with the actual situation of the beef cattle production, quality traceability point divide into several indicators, establish a set of metrics to evaluate sets. Power calculation using the analytic hierarchy process evaluation index weight set, based on the maximum membership principle to evaluate the results of the evaluation. Final evaluation showed that the choice of tracing paper points can be better applied to beef quality and traceability.(2) Fishbone diagram shows the identified beef cattle production process critical control nodes, the description of beef cattle traceability point of the whole process of the location of production and processing, combined with the process of beef cattle traceability, redefine the parameters of Petri net model: the activation of the library to the changes by “and conditions” changed to “or conditions” making a key point in any quality problems can be spread to the next key point, the establishment of a Petri diagram in beef cattle quality problems; the definition of the library to the change for one-way communication, build critical quality point and the production process the correlation matrix; to study traceability algorithm based on Petri nets, to determine the possible paths of quality problems.(3) Using Multi-tenant model database structure, namely database using a shared database, independent data structure, database design relied on selected traceability points, based on Struts2 + Spring + Hibernate framework to achieve a beef cattle full quality traceability SaaS applications, including traceability management background and traceability management platform. Traceability management background to achieve divided into beef cattle breeding, slaughtering, sales of the three phases of information management and systems management, administrators assign different permissions for the tenant, the tenant may be within its purview of information to be managed; Based on the improved traceability algorithm, combined with production data, achieve diagnostic of quality problems to find the cause of quality problems. Experiments show that the time efficiency of the proposed save 13.3% over ordinary traceability algorithm.
