The Research About The Co-Publishing Between The State-owned Publishing House And The Private-owned Book Company

For a long time,because of its characteristics of ideology,the book-publishing industry in China,has been "treated" specially as an important gripper by CCP.In the new period of establishing and perfecting the socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics,and comprehensively deepening reforms,as a traditional culture industry,the book-publishing industry has to face transition.The private-owned book company can be said as a product from the book-publishing industry’s restructuring transformation.Its birth and development process of nearly forty years witnessed the flourishing and glorious reform process of China’s book-publishing industry.In the 1980s,driven by the book-publishing industry high profits,the private-owned book company started the original and what is called"Co-publishing" with the state-owned publishing house by the way of "Business Number".For more than a decade,with China’s book-publishing industry of enterprises advancement speeding up unceasingly,the state launching a number of preferential incentives for private-owned book company,the cooperation between the state-owned publishing house and the private-owned book company has ushered new opportunities,developing rapidly and achieving fruitfully.The selection of the private-owned book company to cooperate with the state-owned publishing house can be said to be the result of policy constraints and driven by commercial interests.At present,so to speak,the cooperation between the state-owned and private-owned sides is deeper and wider."Co-publishing" is taking on a good momentum of development,although it is faced with a new and unknown challenge at the same time.With the "Co-publishing" between the state-owned house and private-owned book company as a research object,on the basis of extensive access to relevant data and research activities,referring to some cooperation cases in Jiangsu Province,we are considering the objective necessity of the emergence of cooperation from macro perspectives,and studying the "Co-publishing" main modes,important significance,possible risks and how to be prevented,development and reform strategies in the future and etc.To research the "Co-publishing" between the state-owned publishing house and the private-owned book company,it will be good not only for academics from the aspect of theory research to pay more attention to both sides of the living space and development direction,but also for publication administrative departments from the actual operation level to formulate some corresponding,direct and effective policies and regulations,creating a conducive development environment to China’s book-publishing industry,guiding a healthy and orderly development of the state-owned publishing house and the private-owned book company,and making some positive contributions to the publishing industry’s reform and opening-up in our country.
