Research On Book Publishing Strategies Of Local Children's Publishing House

Under the circumstance that the traditional publishing industry is facing great pressure,the children's publishing field still keeps growing,which is a major bright spot in the development of the publishing industry-The local children's publishing house represented by "East China Six Young" is an important role.This article takes the development model of the local children's publishing house-21st Century Publishing Group as a case,and selects the ten years after the completion of the restructuring of the enterprise,that is,2009-2019 as the research time period;Sort out relevant data and materials,taking time as the axis in the vertical direction and its development trajectory in the horizontal direction,to study the path for 21st Century Publishing Group to break through local publishing restrictions and achieve transformation and upgrading;Make publishing strategy analysis and provide mirrors for local children's publishing houses and other local publishing houses.This article is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction;the second part analyzes the domestic children's publishing profile through statistical methods,and uses Michael Porter five forces model to provide a background discussion on the local children' publishing development environment.The current development status of 21st Century Publishing Group is briefly introduced;the third part sorts out the materials of the development highlights in the past ten years after the 21st Century Publishing Group's transformation into enterprises,and analyzes its book publishing strategies from both macro and micro perspectives;The fourth part analyzes the shortcomings of the 21st Century Publishing Group in the process of local publishing breakthroughs,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions;the fifth part is a summary and prospects.
